Hello everyone, my name is Stephen! I am a mechanical engineer and general car nut who has been into photography since I was a kid. Growing up and up until a few years ago I would mainly shoot action at race tracks, but I have started shooting stills since I knew they needed work. Recently, I have started shooting film as well for the unique look it offers. I love Nikons mainly because it's what I've always used and they suit me. I have a D750, Nikkormat EL my father gave me and I always coveted when I was young, F5, N75, and F100. I look forward to sharing my passion here with like-minded enthusiasts!

Welcome to the forum...lots of good info here...where in So Cal are you located?...I'm in So Cal too, in the Inland Empire as they call it. By the way, I shoot with a D750 too.

Awesome, I'm ready to improve and take my photography to the next level for 2018! I currently live in Garden Grove but plan on moving a little north next year. Very cool, I've had my D750 for about 8 months and it is a huge step up from the D7000 I had.

Hi. Also in So. Cal., really close to the NHRA strip in Pomona. I can hear the cars twice a year. Have gone to the drag races a few times. We also go to various vintage and classic car shows.

Way cool! Always fun to try new genres of automotive enthusiasm. I go to a weekly Cars and Coffee with classics that I really enjoy. Mostly to chat with my car friends!
