One more batch of friends.

Like your friends Smoke...

Thanks. They are such good friends i could eat them - although I'd have to pay the farmer for h cow and I'm not that partial to bear meat.

Up on the ridge where I hang out. Great ridge too for snowshoeing, gathering windfalls, walking and all

Welcome to Day 189 :) Today it's all about Natural Habitats. A subject that I thought would be much more simple that it actually was. I tried not to go to the zoo .. so as a result I didn't find too much around here. Here are a few examples to get us started .. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.

Everyone has great pictures today. I just got back from a small staycation at camp (w/o electric I might add), and I ran across anumber of animules in their natural habitat. Cropped some of them for a better view.

In 1999 it had its post change after being hit by a honey wagon, but other than that it has stood guard, straight and faithful through all seasons. I raise my own red flag in honor of this metal box's stamina and perserverance...Amen

p12 RR you made a good point and the birds on the box are in their habitat too. If you had mail in the box, that would be the mail habitat, right?

p12 Your environment is so much different from mine. Love seeing other "habitats" and their inhabitants.
