AS you can see these were shot during the summer, I finish taking up what was left on the roll last week then developed them two days ago, don't need to send them off to a lab anymore, you can do it right in your own home, don't even need a darkroom, just a changing bag.

I couldn't afford to shoot film back in it's day so I'm really enjoying it now, still have a lot to learn but getting there, You really have to think because you only get one shot.

The last two were shot last week, I was pleased the way they turned out so much so I've already loaded my X-500 with some Kodak Ektar 100 and put on my motor drive.

Johnny, excellent photos but I am lost. You developed color film at home? Has it become simpler than it was in the 70s? Love the photos as I started this.

Johnny, these are nice pictures. I especially liked the second picture. Like you, I remember the expense of the film camera era, and how we now benefit in using digital cameras. Thanks for posting these pictures snd your story about them. Tejaswrangler

Thank you much Greg, Yes I developed color film at home, Greg I wasn't into photography in the 70's, I was chasing wild girls and racing cars When I got into photography there was a photo lab on every corner it seamed like they could develop film in a hour, No need to have a darkroom at home, now days you can develop film at home, all you need is a changing bag and a scanner and chemicals, it takes my about 15min to develop 2 rolls at a time.
