Sorry for the long silence. Just realized that I haven't posted in 3 months!

Red-headed Krait (Bungarus flaviceps baluensis) from the Sabah, Borneo. Highly venomous, but extremely shy. Didn't even make any attempt to bite!

This subspecies can only be found i Sabah!

Black-headed Cat Snake (Boiga nigriceps), also from Sabah, Borneo. Can be found in Peninsular Malaysia too.

Such amazing and enjoyable work. I had a friend who was in the Peace Corps in Sabah in the 1960's. She found a Krait in her house, no one ever knew who got out first....too much motion blur! I appreciate your photos very much, thanks.
