Here's my first pano from a digital camera taken back in 2003. I finally stitched them together with an early version of PSE (6or7?) and redone with PS in 2015. It was 5 images taken in fully automatic mode with a Canon Powershot S110. That was my first digital camera, a whopping 2.1mp. Still have it stuck in a drawer.

Washburn Point is on Glacier Point Road less than a mile south from Glacier Point. Looking at the image closer, it may have been taken at the Glacier Point trailhead rather than Washburn. But in that general area.

Thank you But I was more going toward State and locality (city)

Love this photo! You have captured the feel of the location so well! I have tried a few panos, nothing outstanding, but am planning to try a few more, including multi-row.
I'm sorry, that is Yosemite National Park, CA. Its in central CA, northeast of Merced, CA. The Main feature, the big rock in the center right, is Half Dome.

Thanks Rich. This was just my first with a digital camera taken back in 2003. I've done many more since, which I'll be posting some.
I've also been going back and scanning some of my old film panos. With film, I was never good enough to create a good pano in the darkroom. Since then, I've scanned some of my old negatives and have been much more successful.

If this is your first pano, DON'T STOP NOW! That is a wonderful image.

I'm looking forward to doing the same with some old negatives. On another thread I posted a pano stitched from scans of 3.5 x 5 prints. Showing that the camera swing was done alright so the negatives should produce a fairly nice image.

Thank you,
I just listed it now. Notice the (PL) added to your title.
