After a week of rain, the skies cleared around the time of the full moon. It has felt much colder than the real temperature with a wind and the dew point. Sunrises, however, have been a bonus to standing on the seventh floor green space.

Yes you are seeing some movement. No tripod used. I was on a seventh floor outdoor roof garden and the wind was cold so I whimped out.

It’s called the Columbia Building, on the corner of SW Columbia and SW 1st Avenue. We will soon be blocked by the new County Courthouse. If you are familiar with this area, the new building is under construction where Veritable Quandry used to be. It was an institution for many years as an after hours watering hole.
