A lot of Chinese restaurants don't offer Chow Foon (sometimes Chow Fun or Ho Fun),
but in Washington, DC it's pretty easy to find. There are also a number of Asian markets
where you can buy the uncooked noodles. This is my version of Beef Chow Foon
with Chinese Broccoli.
