The first one is actually a nursery web spider - family Pisauridae. It looks a lot like Dolomedes tenebrosus, but I can't be certain. They're VERY close to wolf spiders taxonomically. Pisaurids are often found near water, but not always and some of the larger ones actually catch small fish. One behavioral difference is that they carry their egg sacs in their chelicerae, while the wolf spiders attach them to the spinnerettes at the rear of the abdomen.
VERY nice shot!
