A gripe about repetitiveness redux

It seems they have moved my original post somewhere else, probably because of trolls. The original was simply asking why are people posting the same photos. We see the same pictures of the moon or egrets or great blue herons that we have seen hundreds of times before. Why are we not seeing something different. Am I the only one who is tired of the same old same old?

Your original post, and this one both appear to be in the main photography section. Is that a problem or just double vision?

It's what makes UHH well, UHH. People get excited about images they have captured and want to share with the community. Photographers start with small steps, each photo of their Cat, Dog and the Moon, builds as talent grows.

I find that repeating a complaint about repetition to be just a bit ironic.

Gee, and just how many different subjects are there to photograph? And of course no photographer would take pictures of anything others have done. They all invent new subjects to take pictures of.
We look forward to your new, never before photographed subjects.
Perhaps some shots of Martian Land Whales - I don't think anyone has posted any of those.
You know I do not recall anyone making you look at gun point. Or did I miss that memo?

I also seem to have missed your photos, but not your complaints about duplication of subjects. Oh, that is right, you have never posted any photos, of anything, repetition or otherwise.

And yes, I am in a bad mood. Tomorrow I may apologize for this rant.

Maybe the Attic, and it's the first to ever be moved from there to here?

Ever hear the saying, "If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem"?

I think that is the polite and preferable way of saying, "Put up or shut up".

I prefer the more polite version.

They may seem repetitive to you, but to each individual photographer the are new and special.
Don't try to rain on other people's parades. Be happy that others are happy.
If they are that bothersome to you, just skip over them without looking.

How about a Gentleman's club in Tehran, Iran. Full facial nudity and all the Virgin Mary's you can drink
