This is based upon the phrase "let it go" to Comey. It';s to ambigous a phrase to hinge a case on. You would have tp prove that Trump knew that Flynn was lying. Again very. difficult to prove. Flynn's admitted lying to the FBI makes him a damaged witness.

Trump now acknowledges that he knew Flynn had committed a felony; and subsequently asks the Director of the FBI to "let it go" with reference to the investigation being conducted concerning Flynn.
Is this man dumber than a rock?

Trump has asked no less than seven individuals to drop the Russia investigation.

That's Obstruction of Justice.

What's he afraid of?

It's based on the fact that trump is now saying (Tweet) that he fired flynn because he lied to the FBI. If flynn lied to the FBI stating that they never colluded with the russians or talked with the russians, it means the he did in fact collude with the russians.

I'll believe it. All it will take is for you to prove it.

The media is doing a fine job of making a$$holes of each other and the rest of the libturds. They can lie to the American people and all they get is a month of leave time.

Ye of little faith.

Patience is a virtue, and the trumpsters are sorely lacking any.

Just because you believe that there wasn't any collusion, doesn't make it so.

Just because Allan Derschowitz says that trump can't be charged with Obstruction of Justice, it doesn't hold water.

Andrew Jackson, Nixon, and Clinton were all charged with Obstruction of Justice. Nixon resigned before he could be Impeached. Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives, but acquitted by the Senate.

LOL Ye of little intelligence, Just because YOU liberal nuts accuse Trump of collusion for the past 1 1/2 years with ZERO evidence does not mean Trump colluded. Everyone has the benefit of the presumption of innocence till proven guilty. I think Alan Dershowitz is more qualified to interpret the law in this case than you are, you have no qualifications to say otherwise. President Trump can not be charged with obstruction because he did not violate any laws in firing Comey, Trump was within his Constitutional right...you are WRONG! lol Nixon and Clinton violated the law...Trump did not.\

By the way, you know who should be charged with obstruction of justice?? Hillary Clinton the crook.

Patience Grasshopper!

Rome wasn't built in a day.

Watergate took over a year.

The Benghazi investigations that were initiated by the Republicans went on for over three years, without a single indictment.

Mueller has already indicted three high profile individuals, and he's less than seven months into his investigation.

Just because you'll try to claim that the charges are unrelated to the Russian Collusion in the 2016 Election, doesn't mean that there isn't any evidence that trump and the trump campaign aren't involved. Mueller is building the case against trump, his entire campaign organization, and his administration one layer at a time.

The investigation is getting closer and closer to Pence and trump as the pieces of the investigation are falling into place.

Mueller isn't foolish enough to lay all of his cards on the table at once. He's reserving his aces in the hole to take down Pence and trump in that order. Presidential pardons are only valid for Federal crimes and charges. That's why Mueller has been able to turn each of the three who have been indicted, and is using what they know to move into the next layer of the trump campaign and administration.

Manafort is about to land back in jail, because he violated his release agreement. That was a very dumb move on his part.

Have you noticed how quiet Pence has been over the past few months? He's no fool, and doesn't want to further incriminate himself. But on the other hand, trump is too incompetent to understand that it's in his own best interest to close his mouth, and freeze his twitter fingers.

The noose is tightening on trump, and he's doing everything he can to deflect the news coverage away from the Russian Collusion Investigation. Why do you think that he's suddenly thrown his support being Moore?

And just where did you get your law degree from?

A single interpretation of constitutional law does NOT mean that that particular interpretation will stand up in court.

Yes, I've studied some law, have you?
