I just purchased two filters. One is grey and the other is polorized. My pic's has a yellowish tint to them so I thought this would help.
Dissapointed, to say, I find no difference with the grey one and the polorized one gives the pic's a lavendar tint. What am I doing wrong? I have Cannon Rebel T1i and cannot seem to get the color right.
I THINK YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR WITH BALANS IN YOUR CAMERA WHEN POSIBLE.

Check the white balance setting in your camera. Try setting it to auto or the setting that you are shooting in 'ie' sunny, cloudy ect.
If white balance adjustment doesn't help, you may want to take the camera in to have it looked at. You shouldn't have to use a filter to remove unnatural color.

Have same camera, and have never had problem with color with it in auto. Hope u didn't drop it..
I haven't dropped it, I am very careful with it. I think I may have the problem fixed. I worked on the white balane. Thanks to everyone for the advise. Always appreciated.
The "grey " sounds like a ND filter and they quite often have color shift.
If your photos are too warm "yellow" then I would agree with the others that you need to check your white balance setting.
With CPL, you need to work on rotating the filter to get the results you wish.
