While I’m very familiar with monitor calibration, I’m at a loss for determining the relative quality of non-lab monitors. They may vary in bit depth, uniformity of color and intensity across the screen, etc. Testing is not difficulty, but I, like most, don’t have access to the wide variety of monitors on the market. Is anyone aware of a reliable test site in the past year or so, or have strong opinions concerning the best available on the present market?
