These are all natural light. We have a have a lot of diffused light (cloud cover) here in Oregon, so it tends to minimize the need for supplemental lighting. On occasional ill use white reflective cards—all DIY. Most of my macro shots are taken in the woods. I usually carry a few small flash units which I diffuse and trigger remotely. The gear is all Nikon. I use the R200s which have a small stand. Sometimes I hand hold them.
