Adding depth and art to fall colors.
Shot this yesterday and wanted to add some color and some artsy surreal look. I will give you the link to play with if you wish.
My process was to do my first highlights and shadows in Lightroom then to Photoshop to change the sky. Had some issues with the tree limbs but with refine got some of them. To get the limbs to not fade out I painted over the original picture before mask and hit the limbs that weren't at full strength with a near black brush. Once please I took the flattened image to One 1 and added a printery filter effect.

I really like what you did with this Jim - especially the trees...made the mundane have character!
The gnarly trees are definitely the star of the show. My only suggestion would be to take a skim off of the left side to bring the trees into prominence a bit more.....
......My
other only suggestion (
) would be to use the HSL tool to tint-shift the colour of the gnarly trees. It looks like they may respond to the Aqua slider. A tint-shift towards green and a slight boost to saturation might help them to stand out and look less processed (haven't tried it myself - just speculating..... ).

I'll give it a try. Thanks for your consideration.
the only thing I would do is get rid of the white spot on the right side of the left tree.
Jim Pops a really nice composition- thanks for the opportunity to practice those post processing skills.. with the exception of removing the wires and pole in top left corner using PS, the entire edit was done using LR classic CC I hope that you like my rendition.
