How do you like painting in Photo Shop?
To be honest, I don't. What's wrong with the original?
Nice. I've never tried it.

Sorry geo...I really meant that as a joke. I hope you didn't get offended. But you gotta admit it does look funny. I admire your trying though.

You have to start somewhere. Photoshop is so hard to learn sometimes I think you could never master it unless you had to; to make your living or something. But then I worked for years with Autodesk Civil 3D and Land Desktop, engineering programs. I only learned what I needed for my surveying work. Could I design a freeway interchange with it? No. Could I do the calculations to lay it out on the ground. Yes. The point is, you use what you need from PS and leave the rest for someone else. It's there for you if you want it. The great thing is there are so many tools to choose from and so many tutorials to help you get there.
I don't get offended easy, at my age I take a lot of things people say as a joke or think they don't mean to offend you.
I enjoy being here at Hedgehog lots of great people here. I also learned a lot about photography.
Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.

I love Photoshop it is a great tool to edit your photos.
I agree with you it is hard to learn but I never gave up learned a lot over the years and still learning. Photoshop is not a software you learn in a year it takes a long time and practice and more practice, it is like learning to play the organ and piano which I mastered quite well over many years. Photoshop is one of my challenges in life I play around with doing sometimes crazy things just to learn the tools making lots and lots of notes.
