1st pano

The other night we had a great sunset. I posted a photo and asked "How would you do it?" Several UHH participants replied (thanks rgrenaderphoto, tjim, twowindsbear, angler and bobc41). Among the helpful comments was a suggestion from twowindsbear that I probably had enough photos for a pano. That gave me the nerve to try and this download is the result.

Looks great. What resolution do you export to? I ask since the downloaded image is the same size as the thumbnail preview.

Thanks for the comment. The PES 15 made it easy.

I had a big problem getting the initial pano assembly edited (the overlays are jagged). I could not hold it still in the editing area, so I emailed it to myself and reimported to perform the final edit. Somewhere along the way I got one size and could not change. Probably the early move to jpg sealed my fate. This is what happens with a newbie. I will work more on the initial editing once I have my first stitch together image.

Thanks for the comment.

Download Microsoft Image Composite Editor, freeware for stitching panoramas:

I have a MacBook Pro, so Mr. Gates products are not for me. The PSE 15 did the job, I just need to learn how to use it.

Thanks for the comment!
