Different fall image—Opus 2

This is also a replaced sky. I think it is better than my last attempt (it is also a less dramatic change from the original drab sky). Suggestions for improvement are more than welcome!

It's a very nice shot as is. One idea, since it appears to be an observatory, change the exsposure to late evening and put in a starry nite sky.

Interesting idea, Bruce, but what about the trees? They would have to go dark, wouldn’t they?

That's up to you, make them how you want them.
Ck out UHH'er Don Olea's posts, he has some shots taken during daylight that he's turned into night with very interesting results.
Waaay beyond my meager skill level.

Edit: I missed putting smileys where I wanted and cannot add them.

I agree that this one looks more realistic. The color fades nicely toward the horizon and I don't see any haloing! The sky didn't seem to "fit" the scene in the earlier post.
