This is how it was done. It was photographed on site, but put together in Photoshop.

The pose and lighting of the model is outstanding. Great job. The blue of the glass has some layer problems and color overspray, especially where it meets her arm. That's just minor cleanup. I think the comp is really striking and the sunlit rim light well exposed.
