I watched this hawk swoop down off of the branch and dive down to the ground across a small pond. It returned to the same branch about 15 feet from me with the mouse in it's beak. Thank you for looking and for your nice comments! Taken with Canon 7d mark ll and Canon 100-400 version 2 telephoto.

Nice shots, we have tons of red tails here and they are wonderful to watch and some are quite large. Thanks
