looking for key words

I have been doing a little searching on IStock for pictures of actual "man at work" photos like this. Everything I see is obviously a model shot. Noting wrong with model shots but in this case they don't look close to real.
Any suggestions on key words that would be useful for these?

I believe 'Environmental Portraits' might be one term you could use.
