Anyone have experience with PCMatic? I'm considering changing protection software and want assurance that my photo editing software and database are not at risk? With all their extensive advertising, is it really as great as they claim?

What kind of protection are you looking for? Malware? Performance? Anti-Virus or all of the above? I haven't found a single product I like for everything. I like Bit Defender or AVG for anti-virus, MalwareBytes for malware scanning and I use System Mechanic to keep the machine clean (registry, hard drive, memory hogs, startups).

Save your money pcmatic is crap ware. Buy a stand alone anti virus program and buy a stand alone malware program. I run eSet antivirus, Malwarebytes I have been using these two programs for years never any issues ever. There are many out there do your research and pick for self, let me say this these one package fix all are crap of course this is my opinion. I have for twenty years never found one of all in ones to be worth damm. Good look on you endeavors.

Don't be confused with the difference between PC maintenance SW & antivirus SW. They are 2 different animals.
I have been using System Mechanic Pro for over 15 years now without a single issue. They have an option for about $140 to buy it for life which pays for itself very quickly.
