Does anyone know anything about this editing software? I played with it for the trial period and liked the feature that lightens the shadows. I don't think I've alseen it mentioned here. I was signing up to buy it for a year and they wanted my ssn. Red flag. Can you lighten the shadows in photoshop essentials.
I use Zoner, amazing software, but didn't give them my SSN
I use Lightroom 98% of the time... Occasionally I have to rely on Photoshop for a specific editing technique
I got Zoner Photo Studio 17 for free and for a few dollars updated it to 18. It has a very capable Developer and Editor. It does include an organizer but I haven't used it.
If you shoot only raw, with the click of a button it will extract 2 or 3 different sized JPGs, depending on the camera.

I have it and didn't have to give my ssn.
I have been using ZPS for many years now and am now using ZPS18, I have also used the free trial version of ZPS X but am not keen on subscribing, although currenntly you can get two years subscription for the price of one.
I have never been asked any security question by ZPS but I would recommend you give ZPS a try, it's an excellent piece of PP software and you can try the latest version for 30 days free.
