I got mine new from B&H last year around Christmas, Nikon threw in the vertical grip for free, I believe the price was about $2400. It was a Nikon USA product. Wait, I believe the deals are coming.

I looked up the ad. Just above the price it says "international model", in my world, that means gray market.

I think Ritz states that it's Nikon cameras are not USA models and the warranty is a 1 year "RITZ" warranty, not Nikon. Their site also says that the are an Authorized Canon dealer and they do not say that about Nikon.
