Lens storage bag Tamron big Lens

I am looking for a bag to store just the lens, Tamron 150-600 G2. Currently I have two such bags that sort of work, that is if I leave the lens shade home. The bags are too small in diameter and the shade won't fit. Length is OK, just diameter.
Lens shades are made to be used.
Is there something out there that is large enough in diameter to fit the lens and shade into?

Ken

Check out the Think Tank line. They make a couple of nice bags for this purpose. The two I can think of are the Lens Taxi and Lens Limousine. I use the latter for my Nikon 400/2.8 and the back will accommodate a mounted camera body as well.Best of luck.

Ken,

Checkout LowePro cases at B&H. Plus you can talk with them to confirm your choice with lens hood.I bought one for one of my long lenses. Great build and protection.

The Sigma came with a very nice bag. Tamron included a tie bag of some sort, didn't they?

Think Tanks is a great solution:

If Tamron has the nice bag Sigma has this would not be a problem.

Looks like I will be contacting Think Tank,
Thanks everyone
Ken

I have a lowepro flipside 500 which amongst other things, carries my gripped nikon D500 with my Tamron 150-600mm G2 attached with the lenshood reversed..Works VERY well and found it new on eBay from a reliable Asian supplier for about $75 USD..Delivery was about 2 weeks to me with free shipping.

check out the Amazon Basics sling bag. It's under $25, and I've found it quite useful to carry my 300mm 2.8, plus you can include another camera and lens if needed.

Take a look at utility work bags. I used to carry my 500mm f4 attached to a camera in the bag I got with my saws all.

I vote Lowepro also. Use them on all my lenses when not attached to camera or stored in my Think Tank Airport Extreme travel luggage .
