I hope this is the right place for this question. It is specific. These 2 are the same image processed in the same way. The only difference is the cropping. Which is better compositionally?
To me the bottom one, in that the other car and second person's legs are removed. Even in the bottom one, the legs in the background are distracting.
The first one has better clarity in it.
Neither. I know this is a question about the processing. But, until you remove the distracting legs in the background and present the subject against a clean background, there can't be a relevant discussion of the image.
And I like the legs in the background of #2 - it adds setting. #2 is better balanced, has fewer distractions.
The second suits my eye better because of the lower perspective. But neither photo is really nothing more than a snapshot.

I accept that you think the image is a snapshot. Now I ask you,"How could I create a more interesting photo?"

You've shown you have a sense of what to do in cropping closer ... You should also have asked the guy in the jeans to move out of the background while still getting closer to the subject until it fills the frame.

Second one, but removing those legs would help.
