Visiting the Seattle / Tacoma area

I am visiting the Seattle / Tacoma area now until the end of December and was asking about recommended sites to see while here. (I am limited to short walking distances) I enjoy nature, waterfalls, ocean views and such. Anything like that, that catches my eye.
I thank you for any and all input that anyone may provide.

Have a great day,

Tim Kuelker

Try and get a visit to Vancouver, BC. Canada. I missed going to Vancouver on my last visit there. You should be able to get a tour bus due to your limited walking. It's on my wish list for my next visit there. Enjoy Seattle/Tacoma while you're there. It rains and rains there too. Have a good time.

Go west across the Tacoma Narrows, which is interesting all by itself, and make a right exit from the highway where it says Gig Harbor. That is a very quaint area if you poke around a bit. From there drive north along roads next to the beach. It is a very scenic drive. Go to Olalla, then to South Colby. You can turn either direction there for more interesting views, but eventually you'll want to go to Port Orchard and then to Bremerton to catch a ferry to go back to Seattle.

That will be far more productive than any tourist attraction on the Seattle/Tacoma side of Puget Sound!

I haven't been to Seattle for a whole bunch of years, but....
In Pioneer Square, I believe, there are numerous Glass Shops.

Many times you could watch as a piece was being made.
I know this isn't "nature" but I found the process interesting.

Columbia River gorge on the OR/WA border has many waterfalls. Some require a hike but there are a half dozen at least that are visible from the parking lot.
