Both are excellent, however I like number 2 the best.

Number 1 is definitely sharper with better feather detail. The bird is placed a bit awkwardly in the frame though- has the image been cropped? #2 has more interesting lighting and surroundings.

Number 2 for sure. #1 is nice but #2 has great lighting overall and nice detail in the post.

The second one, but if you main subject is the bird, then on crop off some of the wooden post, which consumes too much of the foreground and leaves the bird as a secondary object.
