Cobra Helicopter

On Veterans Day, our VFW post hosted a ceremony at Veterans Park in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I was taking snaps when this Cobra did a flyover. I only got one usable pic of this bird, but there was no sky behind it so I used the sky from another pic the same day. I did a little post for clarity.

...I flew scouts (LOACH) in 'Nam and that was a pretty, er, interesting ride down in der trees; but the *best* ride was in a Cobra! Flew plenty of front seat when I had nothing better to do...heh. Nice shot!

Thanks Chas. Welcome Home. I never got to fly in one. We have a Cobra in from of our post, loaned to us from the US Army.
