HDR is great, but I like Photomatix Pro - designed for HDR.

I just opened a picture it was taken quite few years ago with the canon 5D. I will send the original and the one I just had in Photoshop HDR

I did look at the Photomatix Pro6. I will download the trial and see the difference. I just don't want to modify my photos to much, seems to me you can make it unnatural.

I am sure you know that HDR is used to extend the dynamic range of the camera. I am not 100% sure but I believe most digital cameras today can handle about 8 stops of dynamic range.
Photomatix Professional is the HDR editor I use. You can go as wild as you want with it, something I avoid since I like natural results or results that are natural to the eye.

There is a lot for me to learn since I never used HDR. The picture I send I used HDR on was to brighten the bird some I wasn't to successful with it the whole picture brightened up
o me that was worse then the original. Like I said I have a lot to learn.
I will download the trial version on Photomatix Professional. I may need some advise from photographers like you on how to use it.
