I keep coming back to this cedar waxing. It's got that special something.

What a kind comment. ty I don't run into them very often and even this one took over an hour to zero in on near the pond. Mother nature knew what she was doing when she designed this one.

Thank you everyone for joinging me in my challenge over these next few days. I thought we hadn't done a bird challenge for a while and no matter where in the U.S or world you live you will always see birds.

Some can be comical to watch while others will be so still and blend in with their surroundings you bearly even know they are there.

So lets see some of the birds where you live.

Great captures, and thanks for hosting the bird challenge.

I have some new gear and I have been anxious to try it out, but it has been raining and overcast here for several days so as soon as the Sun came out for a while I got a couple on the feeder about 30 Ft. away. Please download. Comments welcome.

Nikon D5500, Nikon AF-s DX 55-300. Both shots are at 1/250, F5.6, and ISO 560 Light editing in Lightroom and Photoshop. Medium crop.

Great shots one and all. I am striving to duplicate and birds seem to be a special appeal to us buffs.
