Don't I wish my friend! Across the road from it is a marvelous view of Monterey Bay; it is actually next door to another unique house which I posted fairly recently.

Your earlier post is hilarious
The Spadena House is very interesting and beautifully restored; I love the architecture, 
but like you, I would not like to live in a place visited by the public on tours.
