I really like SLC. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the downtown is modern and hip. Explored Temple Square today, on a grey chilly day. Impressed by the magnificent buildings owned by the Latter Day Saints.
Distressing to see the homeless, sitting shivering in the streets just nearby.
Home tomorrow, to heat, humidity, and jetlag.
Beautiful shots taken of such beautiful structures. I've never been to Salt Lake City. You brought some of it to this forum. Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome....We love Utah for the dramatic landscape. SLC has been a great city to see as well.

Nice. I was there in 1980, a long time ago.
That second one is first-rate! Nice job with a hard-to-photograph place.
What Jaymatt said, "First Rate". It's not an angle that is seen often.

Thanks. I took it through the window of the viewing room on the 10th floor of The Joseph Smith Memorial building, which used to be the historic Hotel Utah.
