Very nice shot. It almost looks like it would be black and white if it was shown in color. ;-)

I generally like the photo but the tree on the left is definitely a distraction for me.

Thanks Dennis. It was distracting for me as well. I am going to try to remove it in PS and if I succeed I will repost it.

Much better in my opinion. There is some room on the right side but fortunately the dog is looking in that direction as if something is happening so that works for me. Well done.

Like the removal of the tree but not the image is very cramped on the left side. One of those damned if you do and damned if you don't situations. Would be better too if the dog was holding a cell phone or tablet like the gentleman then they would really look alike!!

The photo looks like a good candidate for object remover on the tree. I'll give it a shot later and see how it goes.
