I ordered - and paid for - ON1 2018 a few weeks ago. Although it should have been delivered by the end of October, there are still, "a few outstanding issues." This doesn't inspire confidence.

You are not alone....... the issue with some issues is being generated from the beta releases. It is too bad it was not done sooner and not so close to the promised release date.

I voted my confidence with the pre order and release date. Now I am not a happy camper with being their bank and the issues report. If it was not ready for prime time then don't do preorders!!

I will ad my name to this list... Saw a message from them last night. Did not have the time to read it as I has other business to attend to... But, to their credit, they have always been good about their products and I am confident they will get it right. Patience is a virtue...

After re-reading the ON1 2018 promo materials I decided to go ahead and preorder it today. I'm willing to wait until they get it right in order to enjoy the new processing features especially those for HDR and Pano processing.

After the fiasco of the release of ON1 Raw I would never purchase software from them again.

Sorry for your problems Mike. I've been using ON1 since it's first release and have never had any problems.

I used ON1 up to version 10.5. The release of RAW with features to be added was a joke. The biggest problem I had was every time I looked at a photograph RAW's memory usage just kept increasing until it crashed Windows. So come in from a shoot, start to cull and eventually you'd get a crash.

But that's all by the by now. I use Lightroom and Photoshop and have no intention of moving away from them.

better to get the best working copy and wait a week, than bitch about something not working to your satisfaction..i don't mind the short wait for an excellent product

I hear you. LR and PS are my go-to apps 90% of the time but I like some of the features on ON1 to do some tweaks.

Ah but pre-orders allow continued cash flow without having to have the product finished. Keeps the cash flowing. It seems as if everyone is doing it these days.
