Tuesday is Halloween. I am presenting past Halloween photos I made in Salem, Massachusetts - BIG time for the whole month of October in Salem, MA. The first photo shows a tourist making photos of "The Salem Witch House" a original renowned standing structure built around 1620-40. It was used during the trials of "Witchcraft" in Salem, MA 1692, 19 woman were hung.
You will be quite impressed with the many roaming creative Halloween customs worn by tourist. On Halloween Day Oct. 31, all the main streets are closed off to all drivers, walking only. All photos are candid not one posed image, and, no flash used!
All photos made Oct. 31, 2013 - 2014 - 2015. This Tue. is going to be a fine day weather wise, not sure if I make to Salem on Halloween Day! Maybe you guys will make it to Salem on Halloween, you'll LOVE it! Have fun Tuesday October 31, HALLOWEEN! AP

Thank You Johanna, for your observation and kind words. Pictures are to be made everywhere you look. Making them is ones experience. At times being in the right place or spot, helps. But, your knowledge with your equipment will put ahead of others.
As mentioned, I use Olympus Micro 4/3rds. Camera and lenses are smaller and lighter more comfortable to use. And, they have a very good image stabilizer 5 modes built into their cameras and some lenses. I use the eye level viewfinder for composing and picture making not the viewing screen.
Yes, I do use the viewing screen but not in any of these photos. AP

Hey foodie65, glad to hear from you! Years ago in the 1980s Bob Gilka said to me: "Show me how versatile you are"! Don't favor one area of photography.
Robert E Gilka was the director of photography for: THE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Magazine . . . HOW'S THAT! AP
