For a family photo album I'd crop the balloons and the guy on the left but for street photo it is perfect the way it is. The balloons and the guy on the left add to the reality of the scene. IMHO :-)

For a street shot, I like the guy on the left--he gives the photo a sense of reality and takes away from the "line 'em up and shoot" syndrome. If I were to do anything, I'd straighten it.

My thoughts exactly. The balloons to stress the festive nature of the event, and the guy for the reality of what guys do at festive events. As for the family album, I agree. I didn't know the people. Thanks to all for comments. It is very interesting, and educational to me to see the different takes on street photography. I'm trying to learn.
