My thoughts exactly. The balloons to stress the festive nature of the event, and the guy for the reality of what guys do at festive events. As for the family album, I agree. I didn't know the people. Thanks to all for comments. It is very interesting, and educational to me to see the different takes on street photography. I'm trying to learn.
