Thanks WD. The green is my out of focus front lawn. The camera is positioned slightly higher that the branch. I almost always shoot these wide open, in this case F/5.6.

Ever since my mother in law died. Dont laugh its true. each year right around her anniversary a red cardinal flies in our house , sticks around a day or two then leaves just as he arrived.
Its true, I promise. you, comes through the open garage door and I assume he leaves the same way but he visits.
