Wow fabulous images. So sharp and clear. Colors pop. All around perfect. I have to ask what set up you use. I have an iPad and for some reason can’t see the file info when I click download.
Thank you for sharing! Hope you get that battery quick, I’d love to see more.
Thank you.
Check my previous posts for more images, Lord knows I have gobbled up some space on the UHH server I am sure lol
I shoot with a Pentax K-3 using a Pentax DA Star * 300mm F4 prime. I found with a zoom I always shot near 300, so I figured I would get a 300 prime and improve resolution and sharpness. ( was suggested to me)
The lens is crazy sharp if you focus properly.
The AF on the camera is pretty iffy lol, but that is a Pentax weakness. They shine with clarity however and if you have good light and contrast AF is not an issue. besides I usually tweak the focus manually anyway
in PP I use Cs6. a little exposure added as I shoot underexposed 2 stops.
some Sub radius detail recovery to counter the noise reduction I use, which is NeatImage.
Most of my shots are under F6.3 more frequently F4.5 - F5.
I also shoot under saturated to avoid colour blowouts on the red spectrum which my Pentax's have always been overly sensitive to.And I shoot under contrast to prevent dark/light blowouts.
These I correct in PP.
A tip, when you want something to " pop " add a slight touch of contrast. It gives it that film depth of colour we all see im magazines :)
I usualy spent less than 45 seconds editing and doing any PP. Developing a workflow helps. and having the sharpness and clarity from the get go is a blessing.
I spent $900 for the body, $889 for the lens.
new mind you.
I would have gone with Nikon or Canon IF I could have afforded it, simply for their faster AF lol.
But I am a shooter with little income, as they say, Champagne taste on a beer budget lol
Sorry for running off at the mouth here folks, I do get carried away
