Wonderful photos of beautiful city. Two weeks in Venice is a long time and it looks like you were busy most of the taking outstanding photos. Florence is a different type of city then Venice and it is too bad you could not spend enough time in Florence. Next time you enter photos please add them with download since I felt a little cheated since your photos of Venice are so special.

Very nice series of images. I was there some 50 years ago and loved it.
BTW we were having coffee on the deck of our hotel there that overlooked the channel where the Grand Canal joined another canal and all of a sudden an approaching seagoing ship started blasting it's horn and we saw another seagoing ship coming out the joining canal and it started honking its horn as well. Both ships dropped their anchors surrounded by clouds of rust from the chains and they stopped only a couple hundred yards short of colliding! Very close in sea-going distances! I said to my wife: "They probably do this every Sunday morning to astound the tourists!"

The day I was in Venice it rained all day and did not get close to your wonderful pictures. I took this at the Venetian in Las Vagus. I stretched it in PhotoShop and I have it on my wall now.
