Might be a good idea to have your vet look it over. Looks like it has been neglected. Glad you took it in.

Best dog I ever owned was a Shiba Inu female. Found her Aug 1998 she died Aug 2016 and was possibly 19 when she went to the Rainbow bridge to wait for me. First thing I did after I found her, was take her to the vet and get her chipped. Artist friend oil picture.
