Good observation. The spear line is in use, and while we were there the train passed twice at about 5 MPH. It was a fun ride along the Pend Oreille River sponsored by a local Lions Club.

Carol, we don't have grandchildren, but I think my little girlfriend helps fill the gap and keeps me young. She comes over all the time and bangs on the door to see if I can come out and play. I always have time for her. I take a lot of pictures of whatever she is doing that day. My wife and I attend everyone of her dance recitals. When she starts first grade in a couple of years, she will be reading, plus be able to speak Spanish and Chinese. Her mom generally only 3 days a week so she can be home more time with her daughter. She is a single mom who takes more pictures of her than I do.
I'm so happy you like the pics. It's hard to pick the ones I wanted to post.

Cute kid and pictures. The one on the railroad track is an extremely poor idea. It is not only trespassing it is extremely dangerous. With welded rail trains make very little noise coming up to you. Stay off the railroad tracks!!
