Trouble with Nikon KeyMission 360

Hello, I just purchased a Nikon Keymission 360 camera, I downloaded the software snapbridge and I can't get it to find camera, when I log on and also my iPhone doesn't connect to it either now, but did when I first paired it, has anyone used this camera and has some info on it and what am doing wrong.

I have an iPhone and frequently have trouble with automatic pairing. Sometimes I have to go into the settings (not the ull up screen at the bottom), turn off the bluetooth and then turn it back n again to get things to pair with it. I shouldn't have to but it is what it is...
