OK . . . so most of you didn't like the last one . . . how about this one?

Here's your first vote for a two thumbs up. I really like it!
You're pretty good at this stuff. I am lucky that I even know how to remove a pimple in photoshop.
I like it except where the layer is on top of the boys left cheek and temple. Otherwise, it could be an end of season poster.
  Very nice excellent
If it were me i would remove the mark on the young mans left cheek as it is significant distraction :

I think it is perfect the way it is. Regardless, is there any chance you could summarize the steps involved (or possibly provide a link) in creating this sort project in Photoshop? I'm pretty competent with the software and this would be a worthwhile challenge.

To explain each step could take hours, but basically there are probably 50-60 layers arranged on a background that I created with smokey and cloud brushes. The blotches on the subject are actually not overlays, but the background showing through areas that I have subtracted.
If you try some of these, please post them so I can see what you can dream up.
Thanks for your kind words. My inspiration is that this is my grandson with shots from a recent hockey practice.
St3v3M and Anthony Charles . . . your points are well taken. I think I just learned a new rule for montages . . . "don't screw with people's faces". Thanks for your input.
