We have had Eyes Left for us military folk and now I guess it is time for eyes Right
That's a sweet photo - thanks for sharing!
Who needs a studio? Great picture. PS, I also remember eyes right as the officers were on the right as we marched by in formation.

Good point and I guess we finally need the:
'Eyes Front!'
Apologies to our civilian contingent that might not understand what we are whittling on about but no doubt folks have already checked things out on Google?
'Carry on!'
Great photo of the Barn Owl...

Thanks,
Might be some more to come
As an ex-marine I can not recall a command for eyes rear but this little guy has one up on me.
Beautiful bird and great capture.

??? This owl is looking to his left! (Over his left shoulder, which is to the viewer's right). Anyone with military experience should know this.

Gosh!!!
And to think you are calling a female a male??? We ex Royal Navy folk have a good eye for a female and pride ourselves in being able to tell the difference..
Am I being pedantic to pick this up?
Yes I am.
Does it really matter what sex that bird is?
My thoughts are it does not...
I wanted one picture of an owl's left eye and another with the other one........ and that is what I did. I am indeed guilty of trying to add a slice of humour into the thread, yes I was WRONG to say it.
We should all know an owl's eyes can only ever look straight ahead and the wrong order was offered as a title..
Apologies for attempting to apply some humour into my posts and apologies for the distress I may have caused..

It was a light hearted bit of fun[/b]:( :(

Are Barn Owls a creature of great beauty? If we look hard enough you will see the rain falling from the sky, or streaks :(
Hi Malky,
Did you 'paint' that sparkle' into the eyes of your owl or was it flash? (polite query)
