For a lens that would do all the things you are asking is the Sony FE 24-240. It is in your price range.

Sony G and GM glass is better than zeiss glass.

Thanks for the laugh, I needed it, BUT.
The Sony G lens is good, but it NOT better than the Zeiss, nothing is. I first had Ziess T* lenses on my Hasselblad, since then I have owned the auto focus Zeiss 50 1.4, 85 1.4, 16-35 2.8 and the 24-70 2.8 for my Sony A99II and a77II. There are some of the sharpest lenses I have owned. I also own G glass, it is actually Minolta glass (Sony was smart to buy them out, they got everything to make their own lenses for there new line of camera's), very good glass but not Zeiss quality. I also own manual Zeiss T * lenses for my Nikon D500 and D810, again, sharpest glass I have ever experienced. I have NEVER found the G glass as good as Zeiss, NEVER. Like I said though, the G glass ( which is Minolta glass) is very very good and I would compare it to anything Canon or Nikon makes today.
