We went to the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT yesterday for a husband and wife's joint birthday party. Our friends love going for the free concerts and the buffet and we were invited to join them for their birthday party. They treat the casino like it was Chuck E Cheeze for seniors. On the way through the casino, I saw this sign. Being only two days after Yom Kippur, I though that maybe I'd find Moses wandering around in there, but all I found were a lot of seniors feeding their Social Security checks into the slots. Photo was taken with a Samsung Note 5 phone, controlled by a Samsung Gear S3 watch for stealth - the casinos aren't happy with people taking photos.
Nice shot. I was there many years ago. Not much photography inside though, right? : )
The definitely frown upon taking pictures in the gambling areas.
"Chuck E. Cheese for seniors" is the funniest thing I've read all morning. Thanks!
They also have an excellent museum on Native American culture but unfortunately, photos are not allowed there either.
Funny!!! Moses was probably at another casino. These days he too is on social security.

LOL. Both of these were funny.
Similarities between Chuck E Cheese and the casinos. Both have "free" entertainment. Both have a lot of poor quality, cheap food. Both give out tokens or chits to play free video games with bright, flashing lights.
Differences: Average age at Chuck E Cheese - 7 years old. Average age at the casinos - 70 years old.
