Excellent, Gary. You nailed both the exposure and the detail! You caught a nice, colorful variety of subjects, too.

Carol, I'm glad you like the insects close-ups. My cosmos patch is still doing well, and the honey bees and other bugs are having a good time. We are getting a little rain now which should provide an opportunity for some water droplet shots.
Thank you so much for your nice comments.

I'll predict that you used Canon gear.
Nice assortment - better outside than inside, though.

Hi FiddleMaker,
I would love to have Canon gear, but this series was shot with a Nikon D7200. Frames 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6 were using a Nikon 105mm Macro, and frames 5 & 7 shot with 18-140mm lens, and probably a 12mm extension.
Thank you for your prediction.

Jerry, thank you for your kind comment. I is white and frosty in the garden this morning. I'm sure some of the bugs would rather me inside today.

Hi ebbote,
Thank you very much for your comment. I'll probably shoot a few more garden picks today when it warms up a bit.
