If your looking for something to learn to fly you can do fairly well in that price range and even get some shakey videos. However, if you want a solid video platform and camera for pro level results, your going to have to increase your budget considerably! Probably best to learn to fly on a lesser model before plunking down that kind of cash. You can check all http://bottomstack.com/best-drones/

I've seen that review and it is very good, but I know what my next one will be. It'll be the Mavic Pro Platinum. Maybe a Christmas present to me from me.
