I have a Canon SX50 and take it everywhere. Small, lightweight, fixed zoom lens with lots of settings. Has a viewfinder and swing out screen, shoots in raw....etc! Great little camera,....in my opinion.
Is there a bridge camera I can get to replace my Oly E-M1 for general amateurish use?
I think this is a bit amusing. My main squeeze is a D810 and a bag full of heavy glass. My “general amateurish” kit is an E-M1 and lenses my wife has that I share.

How do you define "bridge camera"? At one time the term replaced "super zoom", for a camera with a built-in lens and at least 10X zoom. I believe the designers of those cameras have successfully demonstrated the compromises involved in achieving so much zoom. For image quality you are almost always better off with some kind of ILC and a set of lenses to achieve the desired amount of zoom.
I agree. The canon sx50 is a great, little camera. It’s wonderful for travel. Not the best in low light. However, the Olympus is a better camera for travel. If you simply don’t want to change lenses, let’s me know. I’ll be happy the trade my sx50 and em10 for your em1

Why not one of the Olympus PEN models, where you could use one or more of the lenses from you E-M1? The PEN 5 can be purchased for $399 factory refurbished from Buy-Dig or in like new condition (used) from KEH for $379.

Unless you tell us what you do not like about your E-M1 answering your question is utterly hopeless. It was a TOP mirrorless and earned a Readers choice award from DPreview. Except for changing lenses it will still kick the ass of any bridge camera you pit it against. If not changing lenses is your goal NO long zoom on a bridge will match the image quality at any matching focal length in separate lenses. I'd just love to screw you out of your OMD E-M1 at whatever devalued price you are down to.
I just purchased 2 EM1 bodies at $500 each.
And I can't imagine any Bridge camera that will touch the image quality of the EM1 and proper lenses. Are you ready for that compromise?
