I have that lens on a d7100 and love it , it can get heavy after a 2 mile walk. As usual your photos are great. Did you handhold?

Jim, excellent photos. You will love this lens as I have the same lens and enjoy it on a tripod or hand held.

Very nice! Seems like that lens is a keeper! Are these hand-held? That is a heavy lens- you will be building muscle if you walk around with it!

No Steve i used my tripod and remote release due to the very dark cloudy conditions i had to use lower shutter speeds but I've done a few hand helps this morning of my Grandaughter horse riding with a higher ISO faster shutterspeed and they
dont look too bad. Thanks for looking in Steve i always appreciate. Glad you liked them.

Like the shots, but I have one question and that is on the toning, the heavy green color looks unnatural in my part of the world, did the photos look like the original view?

Thanks for looking in Brucej67 it's much appreciated. Glad you liked them and th green background is a row of small green fir trees in my daughters garden and due to the poor lighting thats how they came out.

I understand, I sometimes get the same effects and it somehow bleeds onto the main subject, I usually handle this in PP by isolating the main subject and change the tone to more of what I saw.
